Welcome

THIS IS THE REAL LIFE DOCUMENTARY OF....

Faith and Fear...

Trust and Doubt...

Ups and Downs...

A God that still performs miracles...

A 1-pound baby girl and 3-pound baby boy...

This is our story; this is our life.

**************************************

In the race of life, God our heavenly Father has come alongside us through the person of the Holy Spirit. And

~when we think we can't go one more step,

~when the race becomes painful beyond endurance,

~when our hearts feel heavy,

~when our minds become dull,

~when our spirits are burned out,

we have the comforter who comes alongside us, puts His everlasting arms around us, and gently walks with us.

Dress up with Dylan

Dylan finally got to wear clothes today! He loved it. Well maybe not...I loved it. We put clothes on him, swaddled him tightly in two blankets...then tonight when we went back to the hospital, he was naked again and wrapped in one blanket. The nurse said he was roasting. Um, hello....it's June in TEXAS and its 110 degrees outside. Of course he's hot! So, we'll try some cooler clothes and less blankets tomorrow. Here's a few pics of him from today.

Thanks to Nana for my first outfit shown here.

All these little firsts...they're so fun! Hope each one keeps you feeling like you're moving forward, making progress, one day closer to having them home with you and doing all the normal stuff you do with babies!

It seems like forever, but it'll happen!

Jenner and Landon- You guys are doing a great job. Keep hanging in because these days will pass and you will be down in the floor playing and wrestling with them before you know it.You have no idea how much you will love and enjoy them-but you will! I love you guys. DAD

I just found your blog off of a friend that was sending prayers your way. I wanted to let you know you are being prayed for often as my little miracle was born at 28 weeks in the same hospital with some of the same doctors weighing 1 lb 13 oz. She too had reverse flow and needed to be brought into this world. Now she is a beautiful and healthy 3 year old. It has been a journey but this journey was definitely worth it. Hang in there. Keep The optimism you have. It is what will get you through this. Rely on your friends and family and make sure to take a little time to keep yourselves healthy. Praying for the day they come home...
